Boil Water Rescind Notice
On 7-24-2024, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Little Elm Valley WSC, PWS ID 0140025 to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform our customers that due to leak on our main distribution line, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption. This affects only Little Elm Valley WSC customers from Berger Rd to FM 935 and I-35 to Curtis Williams.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of 7-29-24.
