Office Reopens with New COVID-19 Guidelines

Our office will open to the public back to normal hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We ask you to follow the following guidelines to help stay safe during the covid-19 pandemic.
You can make payments by mail, by phone calling 1-866-729-2549, by visiting the website at the bottom of your card, and in person at our office and in our dropbox. We do NOT accept cash. Please pay by check, money order, debit/credit card only.
Anyone wanting to establish new service or transfer service will need to contact our office for instructions. If you want to discuss paperwork in person, please call to make an appointment. You will be asked to wait outside if a customer is already in the office as our office space is not sized for multiple customers to social distance.
Our office staff will wear a mask while assisting you. We ask you to also wear a mask if possible when visiting our office for longer than 10minutes. No need to wear a mask if only dropping off payment. We will try to get business handled as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We understand the frustration of waiting and scheduling appointments. We want to keep you and our staff safe and healthy.
